How to book and pay for your mediation

Fill out our online contact form or email us to begin scheduling. Please make sure to include the day(s) and time(s) you and the other party want to schedule mediation.

Once you have contacted us online or by phone, please give a member of our team up to 24 hours to respond to your request.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation, along with our Mediation Questionnaire.

Once your date is confirmed through email, all cancellation policies and fees will apply.

Payment Policies
The cost of the mediation session is $200/hr, with each attending party required to pay half the total cost, or $100/hr.

Prepayment, in full, is required 48 hours prior to your scheduled mediation.

If you must cancel, there is a $50 cancellation fee, and you must cancel more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled mediation. If you cancel 48 hours or less before your scheduled mediation, you will be required to pay the full amount.

There is a 2-hour minimum to book.

Each party to the mediation pays separately, and the parties split the cost of the session, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. This mediation session satisfies the court-ordered requirement, and the parties will receive a certificate that verifies their participation.

Payments are non-refundable if you do not cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled mediation time.
