How to Pay

The cost of a mediation session with Iris Frost Mediation, LLC, is $200 for a 1-hour session. Each party pays $100/hr unless the parties have made a different payment arrangement.

Once your mediation date and time is confirmed, you will be required to pay no less than 48 hours in advance.

After your mediation, if you want Iris Frost to separately draft any documents for your attorney or the court, there is a charge of $200/hour to draft any documents for the court. This will be billed separately by Iris Frost Mediation and is due upon receipt.

Both parties to the mediation are encouraged to have an attorney attend the mediation session.

At this time, we do not accept checks. You must pay using our online system.

If you must cancel your session, there will be a $100 ($50 per party) fee if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

If you cancel after you have paid, you will receive a full refund, minus a $10 service charge.
